If you have purchased your tickets here, you will automatically go on the will-call list.

This means that you will just show your ID at the door, and your name will be on the list.

We do NOT mail tickets, and there are NO E-TICKETS.

(NO REFUNDS, ALL SALES FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS)

If the show is canceled, and you have purchased a will-call ticket, we will refund the base ticket price plus tax (but not the fees) through PayPal. If you have a paper ticket, you will need to bring it into Secret Oktober to get a refund (minus fees). We stop giving all refunds on the date of the show.

If you see anyone re-selling tickets, feel free to contact us (e-mail, phone, Facebook) to make sure that they are not a scammer. Beware-there are quite a few of them. If they sell you a will-call ticket, we will change their name to yours on the will-call list.
